Account & Finance Executive

Requirement:

Key Responsibilities

I. Financial Management:
a)Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
b)Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement to the management.
c)Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
d)Conduct financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost control, and financial risk assessment.
e)Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

II. Accounting Operations:
a)Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
b)Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
c)Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
d)Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
e)Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit.

III. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
a)Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
b)Provide insightful analysis of financial results and key performance indicators.
c)Identify trends, opportunities, and risks based on financial analysis.
d)Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

IV. Budgeting and Forecasting:
a)Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads and senior management.
b)Prepare and analyze budget vs. actual performance reports.
c)Monitor and control expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
d)Provide guidance and support to departments in managing their budgets.

V. Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in the firm Quality Management System and shall:
a)ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001;
b)ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
c)report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management;
d)ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization; and
e)ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

Authority
Authorized to make decisions on all issues related to Financial Division of the company.

Minimum Qualification
Degree in a Accountancy/Account and Finance or equivalent e.g. ACCA, LCCI.

Experience and Skill Requirements
-At least more than 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
-Specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
-Possess exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between internal and external partners.

Senior Business Development Executive

Requirement:

Key Responsibilities

I. Business Development Strategy:

a)Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
b)Complementing Strategy Department in identifying new market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs through market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion.
c)Collaborate with the leadership team to develop sales and marketing plans aligned with the overall business strategy.

II. Lead Generation and Sales:
a)Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
b)Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, and managing the sales cycle.
c)Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.
d)Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
e)Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project implementation and customer success.

III. Partnership Development:
a)Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and other relevant organizations.
b)Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to leverage synergies and expand market reach.
c)Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives.
d)Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a network and promote the company's brand.

IV. Proposal Development:
a)Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
b)Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to develop accurate and competitive project proposals.
c)Conduct thorough contract review, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal capabilities.
d)Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate proposal submission.

V. Market Intelligence and Analysis:
a)Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
b)Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for product or service enhancement.
c)Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on business development activities, progress, and achievements.

VI. Social Media Presence
a)Maintain and manage social media platforms, ensuring all information are up to date and accordingly.
b)Develop and execute social media plans to enhance social media presence in raising brand awareness within the allocated budget.
c)Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging social media content, campaigns, and advertisements.
d)Identify and prospect potential clients through social media channels and other relevant platforms while developing and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and delivering tailored solutions.
